I've been using this phone case for about a month now and have put up with the bulky feel to ensure my expensive phone is protected on all sides, front and back. Today my phone slipped out of my pocket about 2 feet off the ground and the screen cracked in the corner, yes the case was on, the front door wouldn't open, the glass was still cracked! Drop off was low, pretty smooth, nothing dramatic, corner of screen was cracked. SO DISAPPOINTED!
