Review on Globlue Technologies LLC by Rich Ferguson

We use globule to perform our risk analytics across all sources with one interface as well as data integration into 3rd party applications such as Xactware RiskConnect from FICO or Optimal Assurance Data Integration (OADI) platform by Credit Karma Solutions Inc., which enables us to pull in information directly off credit reports. It has been easy to customize so far but I would love if there was an option where we could create new fields within my profile page similar how it works when using a thirdparty aggregator like Zuora. For example- you can search for "Risk Score" only to get results back however your field may not be called exactly what i am looking for since its already populated elsewhere under another category. This makes searching more difficult than needed sometimes especially during monthly/quarterly reporting timeframes because things are constantly Globlue has allowed us to manage multiple investigations and cases with one centralized platform. The customer support team is incredible and they are always willing to help in any way possible. I think it would be beneficial if the interface was more intuitive, but not a deal breaker. As long as you have a good understanding of how to use the software, then everything should work well. We've been able to track all of our evidence in one place which makes it easier to keep up with cases and documents.
