When I open the package I find this message inside. I would like to apologize for not having the box, my kids accidentally opened the box and threw the package away. Headphones have never been used, just without the original packaging. I am not happy about receiving an item that has been opened and put in a few used packages. I am unsatisfied with this purchase. You should have emailed me letting me know before shipping the item to me. Without writing a lame apology, the kids opened the package and threw it away. That's a problem. I will not accept any return shipping costs for this item. This is the reply I received from this dealer/seller regarding a used set of headphones that was sent to me claiming to be new. I'm sorry you weren't happy. It would be possible to do without a relationship. Now you have them for free. Keep 'em, throw 'em, sell 'em, I don't care. It's just headphones. Grow. Bad deal Bad customer service. Beware of junk, this is where used headphones come in.
