Expect a learning curve
You have to really know what you're doing to get things 100% with this. Be prepared for trial and error, but once you get the system down it works so well every time after. We line the bottom with tin foil usually and cover the top of our food with foil so it doesn't burn. It's worth the money obviously just don't get frustrated at first bc there is a learning curve!
