bought this to accommodate UV for my geckos, gold dust day, the first light I bought worked for about a month then suddenly it wouldn't turn on on, checked the outlet, I checked the bulb, found it to be this headlight housing, then got a new one. However, the new one didn't work from the start, I had to fiddle with every lightbulb I plugged in to get it lit for even a second. . I don't recommend it and the whole return process is useless and too long for some bs like this one. belongs in the trash can
