Review on W2B Restaurant by Mark Sutovsky

I love how easy it is to use! It's very intuitive for anyone who has used other restaurant management software in the past (or even if they haven't). There are so many features which makes this program useful across multiple departments within our organization (including HR & payroll) but also includes some great tools for front office as well. The customer service team is fantastic - always available via email or phone when we need help with something. We've been using W2B since 2011 and have had no issues at all. If there was anything I would change about the system then it would be making it more customizable. Some things just aren't easily changed once set up. As an example, we'd like to see different templates for each department/department head, rather than having them share one template. This helps us keep everyone organized and able to work together seamlessly without confusion over what needs input from whom.
