Fits Kawasaki Z900RS Cafe. And the Z900RS are kind of the same. The kit includes left and right head screws. The mirror consists of two parts. I removed the entire mirror stem including the underside and finally used both right head screws to cover the holes. Don't forget to add a blue thread fuse for long-term security.
