The quality is so-so, the price does not match the quality.

Because this product did not live up to my expectations, I have been attempting to receive a refund for it for the past few hours. Over the phone, the vendor is unable to speak with the purchaser in an appropriate manner.
I have spent the better part of the last week looking for a way to return these headphones. A Hong Kong medical facility received the seller's shipment, which was delivered by courier. Now, he will not accept the return by a courier and will only accept it via self-delivery from the closest post office. My time is taken up by attempts to contact a delivery service that can come to the hospital where I had this thing delivered.

Pros

I did not find it, because the headphones could not be turned on. I have no interest in proving either that they are married or that they are unable to utilize.

Cons

This product does not appear to have a charge indication on it. These headphones are not recognized by my phone when I use them. There are no instructions included in the package for the year 2022, nor is there a charging wire. There is no cost associated with this product.
