First of all, this chair is amazing. It's easy to compare it to the best (Herman Miller, Steelcase, etc.) in terms of comfort and support. The lumbar support is great because you can adjust it up/down and in/out. Additional benefits: rolls quietly, high quality mesh, comfortable seat, easy recline adjustment, power assist, armrest adjustment, up/down adjustment. I really wanted to give this chair 5 stars but I was expecting a few things. to be better Tilt does not "snap”; you can set a maximum tilt limit. I would have preferred if I could lock the back. When I lean back, I hear a very faint *squeak* from the back holding the grille section. While not a big deal, I expected not to hear any noise from my chair at this price point. All in all this chair is an easy 4.5 for price, design and quality. If you are looking for an affordable alternative to the Herman Miller chair, this is it.
