The quality is also at the highest level - it's a pleasure to use.

This Starrett tool is about five times the price of the cheap Chinese ones you can get at your hardware store, but it's a hundred times better. You only need one hand to operate it and that makes all the difference in the world. It provides a perfectly centered hole every time. I just wish I had more hinges to install so I can use it more often.
