I think these answers are intentionally vague to avoid showing customers the true limitations of the product. So let's break it down: 1. You *can* connect a BT.2 headset. You *can* receive an incoming landline call on your BT.3 headset. You *CAN* make an outgoing landline call using a VsTech handset and connect it to a BT.4 headset. You *CAN* make an outgoing cell phone call through a VsTech handset and connect it to a BT.5 headset. You *CAN* receive an incoming cell phone call through a VsTech handset and connect it to a BT headset. So basically it's useless for those who bought this to help them work remotely. Absolutely useless. To be honest I have never been so disappointed with a product I have purchased.
