I've had the phone for more than a year now; prior to that, I had a Samsung S8 plus. After the S8 plus, the phone is much more comfortable in the hand, feels much more compact, and is therefore more comfortable to use. This is because of the minimal bezels. It's cool to capture landscapes, but there aren't any people because the wide-angle camera draws people around the sides, so the camera stayed about the same height (but this, as I understand it, is a common wide-angle problem). The battery is the biggest letdown; it holds a charge much worse than the Samsung S8 plus, let alone competitors; it only lasts for a day straight through. It would be preferable if they made the phone a little thicker while also adding a bigger battery. It was aggravating that there was no sign of alerts on the case; as of right now, notifications are only visible with Always on display.
