Useful for crafters, lightweight but not warm

I live in the Southeast and it's very hot there right now. When I watch TV in the evenings and work on my knitting and crochet projects, I need light so I can see what I'm doing. Adding light also adds warmth to the space. Yarn and heat are not good. I bought this light because I can wear it around my neck and see what I'm knitting or crocheting without getting hot and uncomfortable. This solves the problem as I was hoping.
