Review on 💧 Improved SHURflo 4008-101-A65 12v Water Pump with 3.0 GPM Revolution for RVs by Thomas Silva

Works great when new; very quiet. My last one (same model 4008-101-A65) lasted 3 years and spent a month or two each year in a Lance caravan. The last 2 months have been very noisy. Is that all you can expect from a Shurflo water pump? I replaced it with the same model and it's quiet again. Maybe for $55, 3 years is a reasonable lifespan. Seems short. One of the Q&A said Shurflo has a one year warranty on their pumps, but I couldn't find any warranty information by searching their website or their installation and operation manual. Other reviewers had issues with Pentair Shurflo's customer service. I just replaced it with a new one. I recommend using a battery and putting a gasket or insulation between the pump and the hoses and any surfaces that may cause vibration and noise.
