Great way keep track & record employee evaluations
I like how easy it is to use! It's very intuitive, and you only need to click once to get started. You can also add any information you want and it will show up in the report. The only thing I dislike about this tool is that sometimes it doesn't give me all of the info I'm looking for. Sometimes, if I have more than one person on my list, it won't give me all of their info. However, when I do find what I'm looking for, it is accurate and quick! We were able to see exactly who we wanted to hire and who didn't make the cut. This has made our hiring process much easier.
Pros
- Easy access there are no long menus or pages involved which makes navigation simple; great customer service team (all issues resolved quickly); data export feature allows us as an organization greater flexibility with reporting needs outside HRIS software package used at time of employment assessment
