If you have a 3.5" (89mm) fire extinguisher or tool it will be a very tight fit. My Buckeye 2.5# fire extinguisher is 3 3/8" in diameter and I have had trouble fitting it to get. Although advertised as 3.25 inches, the packaging says 70-89 mm (2.75-3.5 inches). If it's too tight you can modify the fist by removing some of the rubber buttons. Also, the mount sticks out about 2 inches, so be aware. Otherwise it works as described and is a solid part.
