I bought this to isolate wiring from my computer speakers at work. I have to keep my phone close, but the noise from the speakers was almost unbearable and mostly unpredictable. I bought 5mm chokes and they snap nicely around the wiring to the speakers without being too tight and damaging the cable. I could probably go 3mm and get similar results with a tighter fit. Cellular interference has not completely disappeared, but has decreased significantly. Now it's hardly noticeable.
