I finally found 3 other natural supplements to take together as well as daily breathing exercises that got my BP down to 120 at peak :). This is the amazing olive oil from Dr. Gundry (don't buy from stores, they are poor quality and not real olive oil). I use organic beetroot and Dr. Burg's Delicious Electrolyte Powder Drink contains 1,000 mg of potassium. We really should be getting 4,700 mg of potassium per day, but most of us don't get enough potassium per day and most potassium supplements only provide 99 mg. I also recently added a red yeast rice supplement. I'm surprised! It takes time. It took me about 3 months to raise my bp from 200 to 120. .
