I would give these pans 5 stars if I had the complete set. They are great but the seller is not. I have an induction cooktop and everything but the pot talks to my cooktop, there is something broken on the bottom of the pot and I have contacted the seller TWICE in 2 WEEKS for a replacement and all I got was crickets. The pans themselves are amazing, they are so non-stick that they are barely damp after washing because even water doesn't "stick". They cook well and evenly, yet are light enough that I can lift a pot of food off the stove and pour it into a bowl without using two hands. They don't go in the dishwasher or the oven, but I don't use pans that way anyway. You will love these pans if you can find another vendor to buy them from. And all three times I've tried to post this review it won't and I get the impression that Revain doesn't want to post it as I think it's straight from Revain. Fourth time - charm?
