The level at which they have been able to customize their platform as per our needs is commendable! They are very responsive & always willing/willingness in listening whenever we raise any query or issue related to implementation process etc..

There was nothing that I disliked so far about them but if you do not like customization then it might be difficult while implementing this tool into your system since its an all custom solution made specifically according what each one requires from such software. This has helped me immensely when managing my client's database online alongwith other clients' databases too within same account!!
