Juno Lighting Smart 6" light with Juno AI LED speaker, made in China with built-in Alexa, sound by JBL, and customizable lighting in one device. The light uses a quick-disconnect connector and is powered by the Juno AI app for iOS or Google devices controlled. My 1970's house has many original recessed lights, although they are all designed for use with incandescent bulbs. I chose a recessed light in my kitchen set instead of a work area to install this smart light. As Upon opening the package, however, I quickly realized that I was buying either a male LED retrofit H had to buy eader or replace the built-in housing. Other upgraded lights I've purchased included an adapter so I expected a plug and play solution. Since the adapter was not included and given the age of my cases I decided to upgrade and replace. I have a lot of space in my attic so replacing the recessed box was quick and easy. When installing the intelligent light, all that was left was to plug in the quick-release couplings and insert the torsion springs. I've had issues with other modified 6" trim/baffles being too small. Old cases were installed in holes where there is a gap. Wide enough to hide the gap, the Juno AI smart light looks great on the ceiling. Then I installed the app and followed the instructions. The app accompanied every step and was easy to understand. Sometimes there are strange phrases, but the application is easy to understand. Once paired with the app, I can change the color temperature, dim the lights, adjust the volume, create groups and scenes, and turn off the lights. Although the product page states that this smart light supports Bluetooth, finding a signal wasn't easy. There is no pairing button in the app and the signal failed multiple scans on my phone. In the end my phone found the speaker and it worked fine, it just wasn't a smooth process. I really like the idea of this smart light in the kitchen. Alexa can set multiple timers for me, look up information I need while cooking, stream music, or control smart devices around the house when I'm in charge. I also like that Alexa turns on and only listens when I turn on the switch. If you're looking for a customizable smart light with a speaker and voice control, the Juno Lighting Juno Lighting AI 6" Smart LED Speaker Light is a great option. Consider.
