I was very happy with the monitor. The curvature was very good, if perhaps too much. Colors were good, blacks washed out at times, but changing certain settings almost eliminated this issue. He was very sensitive to touch. I had it on a Vesa mount for my desk, and every time I touched it to move it, the screen visually showed where I was touching the back of the monitor, like I was squeezing it, even though I was barely touching it . So I stopped moving it and left it in place as soon as I saw it. Everything was fine for the next few weeks until I tried using the split screen feature. The monitor went dark, but you could still see the light coming from it. From that moment on, he remained black forever. I used it for a month and it was physically fine, but then it just stopped working. I've tried a few things to get it working again. I have checked the connected devices, cables, etc. Everything worked except for the monitor. Luckily I was within my return period and now I have an amazing 34-inch UWQHD Gigabyte that's brand new for $400 ($150 less than this refurbished product) and was a blessing in disguise. Much better picture and features. I have a feeling that the quality of Samsung monitors has been going downhill for a while and this confirms those thoughts. I have always used everything with a Samsung monitor, but after that I will never use a Samsung monitor again. Gigabyte won my business for now.
