Poor Return Policy - Power Adapters

I ordered this product based on the product description that the product would work to provide WIFI capability for my Wally Dish. After installing the product, the receiver does not recognize the adapter to allow installation and configuration. I called dish support and couldn't get the adapter to work. I have requested an RMA and return label from the supplier. The supplier provided a return label, but I had to pay the shipping cost to return the item. I was also able to order a working dish adapter for $23. What a jump.
