Smooth but a little tight.
That's what my son calls "compressed". They were a little tight despite being his usual street size. He's the laziest shoe owner in the world, so hamburgers are his favorite. Please no shoelaces. We were fascinated by the color. Charcoal is written on it, but it was much lighter in person.
