They have been very helpful with our integration process, they are always responsive when it comes time for support questions or an issue fix that needs attention from their team of developers! It has taken some work but we've managed to get them up running without too many issues.
We're using this platform primarily within Salesforce which can be difficult due to how tightly integrated SFDC products like Chatter really need to integrate well into other applications outside of sales force (as opposed to just being able use another application's CRM). This helps us keep track of all customer communications across multiple channels including email/SMS messaging etc., so having those conversations recorded makes sense since there may not necessarily be someone available right away if you want clarification about something specific related to your account management tasks - especially during off hours / non-working times where people aren't around at regular.
