Thinner, lighter than before
When I was a carpenter in the 80's, KV hardware was the best there was. I recently bought a gun safe and it came with some ugly Chinese shelf brackets that actually fell out and the shelf fell within 12 hours of installation. So I went back to what I knew and ordered a pack of RF clamps. Well, even HF isn't what it used to be. They are made of thinner material and not nearly as good as I was used to. But as they say, they don't fail and they do their job.
