Review on LiftMaster 374UT 🔴 Universal Remote Control, Red/Black by William Burnett

It would be better if I didn't have to spend an hour programming the remote control for the Genie Pro Master garage door opener. Neither the supplied manual nor the website mentions an alternative way of programming the remote control. After almost 20 minutes on the phone with LiftMaster customer service, they figured out how to program the remote. , Immediately press and hold the bottom button until the garage door moves, then release and press the bottom button again. Programming complete. (The included documentation says you just have to double-tap the button you want to program and wait, which didn't do anything on my Genie product.)
