Spent hours on the phone. With support to figure why it doesn't record . They remote scan my computer . Told me I had foreign? It's blocking the program and my computer is in jeopardy.so I was persuaded cost $199 a year ,or $299 for 2 .still didn't work. I ordered a replacement, still no work. No refund on there program . I raised a stink gave 30% ,discount. I see no n presence of this program . If something happens they fix any electronic equip.such as printers etc. That's basically what happened. I've never had computer problems .in 20 years of building. I was so focused on getting it to work . I screwed myself it's not even there company.
