Review on VITAL Objects by Andre Pendergrass

The ability for our department manager to use an online platform that is very user friendly. It has allowed us to increase accuracy in reporting of time off usage across all departments. We have had limited success with using this system for creating new policies however there does seem to be some issues getting accurate information from employees at times. This may be due to lack of training or incorrect data entry by users. I would recommend looking into other options before giving up on this software entirely. We are able to see accurate reports of employee's vacation/time off usage which allows management to better understand how much each person should get paid during vacation periods as well as help set expectations on return dates.
