Organic baby blankets are not easy to find. I bought this and another brand from Revain to try when my aden and anais get tired. My third child is coming soon. This one is very silky and VERY light. It's lighter than A and A, but silkier and thinner. A and A folds (folds) a fair deal. This one wrinkles a little, but not a ton. I have to admit, I have a third child, I will not change the washing regimen. Anything babies throw in hot whites washes and tumble dry on medium or high. The care label for this duvet says to wash gently (cold?) and hang dry only. Well this blanket is HUGE so I wasn't too concerned even though it shrank a lot. I did my usual hot wash and everything came out perfect. Just in case mom is wondering what happens when she gets washed with cloth diapers. In my case, nothing bad happened and the ceiling turned out beautifully. The comforter is still a few inches larger than A and A after washing. If my child wasn't in the middle of winter and needed something more substantial, I might have gotten more. It's good to have a chemical-free baby blanket. It can easily cover a toddler's size. I don't know if it's single gauze or double gauze but another brand had double gauze and it came out thicker which is what I need. Coupon code in return.
