My kids aged 5 and 3 love it and spend half an hour to an hour on it several times a week. dry although we will ensure to put the clay back in the ziplock bags. As another reviewer said, the audio gets stuck in the crevices, but we just ignore it because it gets smudged anyway. And this clay never dries out. They've been playing with this since March and apart from mixing most of the colors together the clay is still usable and the dinosaur fossils are still great. Attached is a picture showing what it's been like for the last 8 months with almost weekly play. Pretty good. Next we buy mythical creatures. Clay has a lot of resistance, so it's great for pressing and shaping, which develops finger and hand strength - better than plasticine. The girls were watching yellow cakes on YouTube so I brought a doll with plastic hair and they sculpt clay and carve shapes to dress them up. I wish they would come up with more animal figures to sculpt, especially since they serve as a guide to the creation.
