This sitz bath was clearly designed for a toilet with a squarer profile than you'll find in most American bathrooms. It's usable in my Toto toilet, but only sort of.If the bath is put on top of the toilet seat the basin rim doesn't lie quite flat, though the weight of the "user" will press it down. Dumping the water out through the back holes is a little fussy, inasmuch as the front of the basin will catch on the front of the seat when the bath is tipped back.If the bath is put directly on the toilet rim it does sit flat and drain, though of course the nasty underside of the seat is then up against your back.The drain holes extend more than an inch down from the sitting area, so this can't be filled all the way up (though that does help with potential overflow). Very flat-butted people may have some ergonomic issues.I also wish the bath had come with an opaque but breathable storage bag, because reasons.Overall, this does take up less space than a solid sitz bath, and it's usable. Not perfect.
