I like the fact that it is very customer service orientated. It has a very wide range of knowledge and experience. They are always very supportive and friendly. It is expensive. You pay a lot for the knowledge, expertise and experience that the company has. But, if you have a problem with a system and want to know how to configure it, they will help you and give you excellent advice. We were having problems with a software and they were able to fix it for us. The team at analysts were very knowledgeable and always willing to help with any questions I had. They are also very good about keeping in touch with you throughout your engagement. Nothing really. It was a great experience working with them. They did an excellent job with our project. They were very professional and kept us well informed during the entire process. We have been able to implement new systems that will improve our business operations.
