Good for what it is

I bought this to break my pre-weight training fast after which I use the XTEND whey protein product. For that it works fine. It's making me a little nervous, more than I wanted to. I will probably use it and not buy it again. I'll switch to coffee with cream and some MCTs (I'm on keto). If you're looking for a pre-workout Red Bull effect, this is for you.
