Neck alignment best in my review

This pillow will align the neck while lying on your back or side. It takes about 3 nights and the neck pain will will go away and stay gone. It supports the neck down into the shoulder area. I sleep deeper and don’t toss and turn all nite. Me and my husband both love this type of pillow.

Helps keep the head and neck cool throughout the night

Cons

The pillow may not be suitable for those with fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome
