Overall a good product
The polishing pads do their job very well. It's best to use separate pads that use separate stems. The 4 stars was due to the shaft and pad combination coming loose on the large pads and the shaft going through the small pad. Ruined a tarnished badge due to a pierced metal tip. The best product without a pad and pole combo. I can live with the rest.
