Review on ๐ŸŽจ Datacolor ColorReader โ€“ Instantly Identify Paint Color: Optimal Tool for DIY, Painters, Designers, and Facility Managers by Mike Barnett

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A very cool device. Color matching is guesswork

Rating 4/5 I'm being honest. I have used DataColor devices and was not completely satisfied. I'm a photographer and I've used the Spyder 5 Color Calibrator, but I'm not impressed. As you learn more about photography, you realize that color is an integral part of the whole equation. I realized that I wasn't very good at color management and color theory. Youtube doesn't make it easy either, as I've researched. This device has arrived. I think the premise of this is phenomenal. It's actually quite easy to use. It's not difficult at all. You charge, connect to your phone, update the software and race. You lay down a fabric, color palette, or color sheet and press a button at the top, and in a second or two you get the result of the color specified in your DataColor software. It would be nice to expand the color space
