5 stars for the work and doing what is advertised. 1 star for flexibility. This cable is very stiff and does not twist well. It looks like a spring because it's so stiff. The vacuum cleaner does not look good when stored. It looks like a cheap extension cord, it works but it looks like it went through the ring after use. I like decent cords, with this cord that's not possible because the sheath isn't flexible. Buy a real Kirby cable if you like flexibility. Buy this if you want a cable that works and is cheap.
