89 Pontiac is where I put it. Seems to be working fine. The original was metal and had a flat surface. It's a bit tight but works now. Inserting it was a little tricky at first, I checked the matching threads and then plugged it in on the second try. Bought a fabric heater grille to extend life next to the exhaust manifold. while it works fine.
