Factory error: three returns, three bad sets of knives, cheat three times.

The first set I bought had a large chip missing from one of the knives. Exchanged for a new set which was delivered quickly. The second set wasn't sharp and the cutting edges weren't quite straight. Do some of the corners around the bevel have odd wear like they were sloppily hand sanded? UPDATE: THE THIRD REPLACEMENT SET IS ALSO NOT SHARP, EVEN SHAPED, WTF! I'm not sure what's going on, Freud is great company in general. Maybe someone will rework their product and resell it? Three sets of bad knives, fool me twice, okay, but right now it's mostly a shame for me.
