Today I was finally able to use them. I should have only needed one but ended up using five as they dulled quickly. I cut old softwood, pine, or hemlock, rough sawn 7/8" thick. In total I had to cut about 24 linear inches. Blunt. I've made this cut many dozens of times when working on old houses. Major brand blades will do quick and easy, it was a real effort.I swapped out the wooden cutting blade for a metal one and it dulled almost as quickly.I went back to wooden blades (another new one) and hit a knot (not metal) and the teeth warped. I used two more before I went and got an old brand name "dull" blade that got the job done much easier than they could.Considering the cutting capacity in inches they are probably 2-3 times more expensive than the blades of the original manufacturer.
