Search the web for "USBmeter J7-t UK Safety Tester" which takes you to a page with detailed tests of the J7-t and a look at its components. J7-t has two USB Type-A ports. The plug is reversible, so you can connect it to the power supply with either side facing up. The connector has a set of pins on each side of the thin blade that allow this to happen. He doesn't take rough treatment. The socket on the other end of the J7-t will accept a cable from a charger if it is terminated with a Type A plug. The J7-t will display one of three screens when connected to a power source. The screen will look like the last one shown, but right out of the box you should see Screen 1. Disconnect J7-t and try again.] Accumulated counter values are derived from when the device was actually charged through J7-t. The count stops when charging ends and resumes when charging resumes. If J7-t is disconnected from the power supply, the values are saved and can be read out when the device is switched on again. To reset the total counters, press and hold the KEY button until you hear a beep. A quick press of the KEY button toggles the J7-t display between three screens. The J7-t's charge timer can be set to stop charging after a specified time of 1 to 24 hours stops. By default, the timer is disabled and shows as OFF on the second and third screens. To set the timer, quickly press the KEY button 5 times on the third screen. OFF will flash at the bottom of the screen. Hold Keep pressing the KEY button until you reach the desired setting (AO auto off).After charging for the set time, J7-t will stop charging, beep several times and display OFF on the screen.Through Pressing the KEY button returns to the normal display. Calibration Mode To enter Calibration Mode, hold down the KEY button while plugging the J7-t into a power source. When changing, a click decreases the value; Double click increases the value. After a single or double click, immediately hold down the KEY button to quickly change values.
