These bags are a good size and very durable. I've been using them for a few months and they were packaged very strong at the supermarket and have held their shape. The nectarine loosened up, leaving a sticky fruit juice at the bottom of one of the bags that was easily wiped clean. There was no staining or stickiness. They do not tip over in the trunk, are easy to load and unload and can withstand the weight of heavy products. When I ordered these bags I also ordered another brand to try. They were also strong but had a profile more in line with the size of a traditional paper bag. I thought I would like this shape more because these bags seemed too wide and short to me, and my old bags (which were great but ripped and are no longer available after years of use) were the same size as paper bags. To my surprise, I like these bags a lot more! They're not so wide that they're uncomfortable to carry, and I like that you don't have to stack a lot of things on top of each other like you would with larger bags. I only use these. Another nice touch was that these bags didn't have a horrible chemical smell when opened. The other bags had such a strong odor that I didn't want to put them in the trunk and stink in the car. That wore off after a while, but these bags were never a problem. I liked them so much that I bought another set as a gift for a family member.
