I have an old set of four 2 inch steel casters and one of them was missing ball bearings in the pivot. This item met all critical sizes, so I bought this to replace my only broken wheel. The only difference is cosmetic. where this wheel has holes around the meshed hub and mine had a solid meshed hub. It's not really mentioned in the description, but this wheel is painted silver, although I expected it to be pure cast iron. never mind The bracket is made of galvanized steel and is no different than most regular casters.
