Review on Enchanting Disney Tinkerbell Initial Pendant Necklace: Magical Girls' Jewelry by Mark Scoggins

first let me say this necklace is very cute. I ordered this for my daughter to wear to my Disney wedding and I think it will be perfect. BUT. I was completely shocked when I opened the box and found the chain was completely disassembled. The chain was where it should have been, but completely separate from the adapter ring that would have connected it to the amulet. Then the bunch of keys, also completely separate, was glued to the box. It is so unprofessional when a piece of jewelry is delivered in this condition. I realize this isn't exactly a "perfect" piece of jewelry, but based on the photos other people have posted (and based on my own expectations) it seems reasonable to assume that the necklace will arrive safe and sound. I will try to fix it myself but if I can't do it in a way that doesn't damage the jewelry I will return the item.
