I've never worn shoes like this before and I'm so glad I found them. They're all about comfort with breathable materials to keep your feet from sweating and some very serious heel and sole padding for your feet. They also have that interesting binding at the back of the foot that helps keep the shoe snug so it doesn't ride over the heel. These are great running shoes!
