So, in my search for a duvet that would actually fit a queen-size bed, I bought a king-size duvet that came with king-size Pillowcases were supplied. I wanted something NOT made in China, but I could hardly find any companies that make comforters or linens in the US. It seems that there is no longer a textile industry in our country, so all bed linen is made abroad. The bills were obviously too big, so I decided to cut them off. It gave me an idea of how they are made and what materials they are made from. The material is very thin, the thread is something like thin polyester, the stitches used were HUGE which caused them to catch and they were assembled without much attention to detail. Were they cheap? Yes, and that could be the problem.
