Review on Set of 4 Anchor Hocking 1-Cup Round Glass Food Storage Containers with Plastic Lids in Blue by Rachel Brennan

I use these for cooking and storing in the freezer. I love Anchor Hocking's products and one of their large cobalt blue baking pans is my absolute favorite. The only complaint I have is that these food storage containers need to be a bit larger for easier opening after freezing. What happens is that it's difficult to open the lid once it's in the freezer because there isn't much room for the food. I use two rubber handles to remove the lid, but I should probably look for a 1.9 cup size rather than a single cup size. These containers are tiny when I'm trying to put 1/2 cup (4 oz) of cooked pasta in them. The food is suitable but it is full to the brim and after freezing it is difficult to find a suitable lever to tear off the lid.
