Great for snacks. Nothing is thinner than pudding.

Ideal for dry snacks. However, they will leak if you pour liquid into them. Solution: Do not pour liquids into it. Any viscose, like pudding, will do.

  • Confident
Cons
  • Faulty

Glass is better than plastic, but there are disadvantages

Satisfied purchase. Plastic is better for storing food, but the lids don't fit snugly. Surprised by the average quality for a famous brand. Also not packed in any container, just 4 cans packed in bubble wrap. Disappointed with this set.

  • Regular Price

Carefully! Lid broke before use

These bowls were the perfect size for my purpose. I hand washed them, dried them and air dried them. I wanted to put a lid on and it cracked. It has never been used. I will contact the manufacturer for warranty. upset. I would have given a higher rating if this hadn't happened.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Good for baby food!

I really like these bowls so far. I use them to give my young daughter her first meal. I warm up their puree by placing the bowl in freshly boiled water. What can I say, this product withstands extreme temperatures. Haven't used it for soups yet, but I tested it for leaks by simply pouring some water into a bowl and shaking it upside down. Unfortunately it was dripping.

Pros
  • Useful not only for the intended purpose
Cons
  • Style 90

Great size, durability, price

This is a great product, just what I wanted (size and durability) at a great price. The bowls are durable and the lids close tightly. I laugh at the one star reviews because whoever wrote the reviews didn't read all the features of the bowls. What I got doesn't match at all. I don't see any leakage issues with them - they are glass and not hard plastic deli bowls that leak and crack.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Super durable and versatile

I didn't have a usage plan when I bought these little fellas, but I knew I'd end up using them all the time, which is what I did. I also discovered how durable they are yesterday when I tried to move two of them across the counter, which then flew out of my hands all over the kitchen and crashed onto the linoleum floor. They are completely intact, I think due to the thickness of the glass. The lids on my other small Anchor Hocking bowls aren't the largest and break in a jiffy, so time will tell

Pros
  • I've always loved it
Cons
  • Pretty much everything is fine

Cooking aid for storage and organization

I use these for cooking and storing in the freezer. I love Anchor Hocking's products and one of their large cobalt blue baking pans is my absolute favorite. The only complaint I have is that these food storage containers need to be a bit larger for easier opening after freezing. What happens is that it's difficult to open the lid once it's in the freezer because there isn't much room for the food. I use two rubber handles to remove the lid, but I should probably look for a 1.9 cup size rather…

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Lids are not strong

I have decided to give up plastic and switch to glass. I bought different sizes of round tank anchors. I am really disappointed. The lids spit at the edges and the center diverges. Now I have some nice glass jars with no lids. Reviews of this product have some photos showing split edges, but here's a picture of the center of the lid separating from the outside edge. Update: I contacted Anchor Hocking over a week ago and they still haven't responded. Caps are sold on their website for anywhere…

Pros
  • Quality assembly
Cons
  • There are problems
