The best part of using iRisk as an integrated software which covers all our requirements in a single interface. User Friendly Interface, easy to navigate, highly customizable as per our needs and requirement.The interface has very less functionality compared to other similar tools. If you have proper documentation then it is not so difficult to implement this tool. Highly recommended for pharmaceutical manufacturers. This helps us solve risk management issues like RAC, GLP compliance, GCP compliance etc.

- Risk assessment & analysis along with good customer support from both internal/external resources when required are great benefits while working at Aesop Pharmaceuticals Pvt Limited (APPL)
Cons
- Data transfer mechanism between modules should be improved since there’s no facility provided by ERM team or any user can easily do that through SQL query editor
